Committed to Safety

"The company is committed to the protection from accidental loss of all its resources, including employees and physical assets."

The above sentence is the first line of the introduction page in the Freeze Maxwell Safety Manual. This manual is provided to each employee when hired and it is mandatory that they review it in full before beginning work on a roof. At Freeze Maxwell, we adhere rigidly to both our own private Safety Policy and the Occupational Health and Safety Regulations of the province of Alberta. Safety meetings ensure that safety is top on the minds of our roofers.

Freeze Maxwell Roofing in Calgary and Lethbridge uses the B.E.L. Safety Rail on applicable sites.

Above you see one of the many safety devices we at Freeze Maxwell Roofing employ to ensure our workers and our customers are protected. This is the B.E.L. Safety Rail system, an engineer-inspected safety rail system that can be set up by any competent worker. Thanks to caBöcker Equipment Sales for the image. These safety rails are just a small part of our safety equipment. All of our employees are rigorously trained in the use of many different types of safety equipment and procedures.

Worker and site safety are of utmost concern for us at Freeze Maxwell Roofing and, as such, we take our customers' safety concerns seriously. To show this, we are fully Bonded and Insured through Bell-Davidson Insurance. Add to that our dedication to our WCB commitments, our certified WHMIS trainers on staff and the fact that our Safety Protocols call for at least one first aid-trained worker on every site and that equals one simple thing: Safety.
